This filament from @colorfabb_official is very similar to eva foam, but you need a bit of a thicker primer to smooth out layer lines the best. Just plastidip wasnt really thick enough (it would cost a lot of money to apply enough layers) and ive also tried a few other things that could work such as folkart primer, pva glue/white glue, acrylic caulk for filler, and the usual cosplay primers and paints. Here's my current process for painting pieces 3D printed with TPU flexible filament. This way I'm able to retain the item's flexibility without it cracking. I use a different process for non-flexible items. 1. Flexbond 1-3 coats (I did 2 for this specific item) 2. Plastidip 1 coat I have the most luck with the black spray, but I wanted to use closer to the final color for this one. 3.
