This is the bugle call for The 2nd Battalion Durham Light Infantry. The regiment was formed in 1881 when The 68th and 106th Regiment of Foot merged to form The Durham Light Infantry. The 2nd Battalion was based in Ireland. In 1885, they fought in The Battle of Ginnis in Sudan, which was one of the last time Light Infantry regiments wore red before switching to green.
