The spotted gully shark is a common species of shark to see in #TheGreatAfricanSeaforest. They often swarm together in large numbers as seen in the video. But, very little is known about the behaviour of these sharks. It is assumed that they congregate to mate. Over the past few weeks we have spent a lot of time with them and witnessed large numbers of shark pups. It‘s always exciting to see this as it is a good reflection of the health of the ecosystem.
