One thing I noticed with my lipedema was the difference between my lower body and upper body. 👇 🍑 A larger bottom/hips and legs that seemed resistant to exercise and weight loss ⬆️ While my upper body changed much more easily with diet and exercise. That disproportion can be one of the signs that makes you wonder, “Could this be lipedema?” But here’s the important part: having a larger bottom or having stubborn areas does NOT automatically mean you have lipedema. There are many reasons our bod
