142AM: We had an 84 MPH wind gust at 12:55AM in Vernon and multiple 60 to 73 MPH wind gusts measured in Wichita Falls over the last 15 minutes. Storms are moving east/southeast at 40-55 MPH and a new severe storm watch is out all the way east to Gainesville-Paris-McKInney-Greenville till 8 AM.
